How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your "My Profile" area and then "Subscription and billing". Access remains active until the end of the current period.
How many screens can stream at the same time?
The number of simultaneous screens depends on your plan: Starter (1 screen), Home (3 screens) and Annual (1 screen over 360 days).
Can I download content to watch offline?
Offline features depend on the app and playback rights available on your device. When downloads are offered, they remain time-limited.
Which devices are supported?
Ostral Play works on Smart TVs, Android and iOS phones and tablets, PC and Mac, Chromecast, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, PlayStation and Xbox.
Is 4K included in every plan?
The available quality depends on your plan, device, connection and source stream. Compatible content may be offered in high definition or 4K depending on the case.
